General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There are many medical conditions that can cause a tingling sensation in the hands and lower legs.

I suggest doing a glycemic level and a vitamin B 12 level to help through the diagnosis.

Meanwhile, I suggest you use a vitamin b12 supplement and also drink liquids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
