What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Head While Coughing?

I am experiencing a strange sensation when I cough, it feels as if my brain is tilting slightly, for a brief second. I have a cold and my ears are stuffy. I have been coughing pretty hard due to a scratchy throat and about 15 minutes ago I experienced this strange movement inside my head when I cough hard.

I completely understand ur problem
strong force of coughing can cause such a problem .you should take some cough suppressants and secondly this can be due to sinusitis, that means blocked inuses can cause such a problem ,so u need to take steam inhalations three to four times daily which will clear up your sinuses .it will be better if u add sinerest vapocap capsules along in the water before taking steam.
preferably for sinusitis and cough that is upper respitarory tract infections u shoud take
tab cefexime 200 bd for 5 days
tab montair x once daily for 5 days
steam inhalation
this will help resolving ur problems
