What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Left Hand?
I have strong tingling sensation inmy left hand in lower right quadrant of the palm. Not sure what this could be, ulnar nerve compression. Have a spot of bone where I had hair-line fracture on the back of my hand back in 1969 in the center, not sure it this could be contributor.

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms could be related to a pinched nerve.
The region is not very typical of the ulnar nerve.
Anyway, I would recommend performing a nerve conduction study and a hand X ray study.
