What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Legs And Groin Pain?

Wife has a reoccurring outbreak of either seriousis or eczema not sure. She only has one kidney and had had pain in her back. Last night her legs began to tingle and move downward. This morning pain was acute in her front left hip/groin area and then moved down to create a swollen bump on her upper inner thigh. One toe beet red and swollen.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Please check for her serum uric acid levels. check for her kidney functioning status. Possible causes like anemia, gouty arthritis or restless leg syndrome or neuropathy etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Get examined for complete blood picture, serum uric acid,serum cholesterol , thyroid status, x-ray of lumbar spine etc..
Use heat and cold compression, use pain killer medication then treated accordingly.
