Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your symptoms do not seem to be related to any vascular disorders. Anyway, I would like to know your current therapy, because several anti-hypertensive drugs may lead to such adverse effects. From the other hand, I would recommend performing further tests:
- complete blood count for anemia
- PCR and ESR for inflamamtion
- blood electrolytes for any possible imbalances
- uric acid levels.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
