General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

According to mentioned history it seems to be musculoskeletal pain. For that non steroid anti inflammatory drug can be prescribed. If needed shoulder joint x ray also can be done.

But tingling complaint is associated so your neurological evaluation by your physician also should be done to check any nerve compression if present. I suggest you investigate with serum random blood sugar estimation, vitamin B12 estimation, calcium estimation for primary work up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
