Im a 30 year old female, 5'4.5"weighing 80kgs. I started a healthy diet and exercise plan in Jan to lose the extra weight, workout everyday (5days a week) for about 40mins- cardio and strength. Ive lost 6.5 kgs by End March- everything was going great till suddenly i started getting a tingling sensation in my left thigh (only during bedtime) the minute i was flat out, my thigh would tingle. It is not painful or uncomfortable, just a little irritating though. Got a lowerback checkup done- report was clear, my b12 and vit d levels are fine too, doc couldnt diagnose why this was happening. But he wasnt tooo concerned..The tingle happens today too..and its been a good 4 months...can you tell me why this is happening?
