my boyfriend is having tingling inside of his penis head which he had several months ago he took some antiboics and the sensation went away oh i forgot mention we had unprotected sex which he also likes anal sex unprotected sex can you please give me an idea what could be wrong with him

The sensation may be because of infection or allergy. Maintain hygiene. Keep the area clean, use cotton underwear. If the problem persists, get checked by doctor.
