What Causes Tingling Sensation While I Pee?

Hi, every time I go to the toilet for a wee towards the end It tingles feel like a mini orgasm, it's been happening for a few days it happens after I have sex, it doesn't hurt or smell, everything's normal just the tingles when I wee and it feels like I've got to wee again straight after but I'm abit concerned

Repeated urge to void void, specially after sexual contact... may indicate Urinary tract infection. Get urine routine and culture to rule out UTI and Ultrasound KUB to rule out any stone disease.
Treat ur infection with culture sensitive antibiotics. If any cause of UTI is found on ultrasound, treat the cause.
