Hello dear understand your concern. You are suffering from urinary tract infections/urethritis. Consult the urologist and get the following test done Urine: routine , microscopic, culture, leukocyte esterase test. Abdominal USG: to confirm the extent of infections Blood: ESR, Hb, CBC After diagnosis take proper treatment. Doctor may provide following treatment: Tablet cefixime along with nitofurantoin Urine alkali agent like potasiium citrate After culture report take antibiotic according to report. Drink plenty of water Take fruits like papaya, orange, pineapple and cranberry Do not delay in empty the bladder Wash pelvic area with warm water Wipe pelvic area before and after urination and sex Maintain pelvic hygiene Always empty the bladder completely Avoid sex and diuching till you get better Hope this may help you Best regards Dr. Sagar
