What Causes Tingling Sensation,numbness And Big Patches On Lips?

Hi, today my lips suddenly started to tingle both top and bottom and they felt quite strange and numb but I couldn t notice anything different. A few hours later I looked again at my lips and on both the top and bottom there are big patches of what looks like burst blood vessels underneath the lip, there is no bleeding coming off my lip but it looks as if there is some there, help please what is the cause and how do I resolve it??!

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to some allergic condition this could be self limiting wait for sometime everything would be fine, some time this could be due to stress, in either case this may not need any treatment, hope this information helps, take care.
