Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I just experienced what felt like a short circuit in my head. It felt like my whole body just stopped and restarted and there was a buzzing sound in my head.I have 2 aneurysms both in my head and one is on the brain .the one on the brain was treated using the coiling procedure. I have had extreme fatigue for several days .Can you tell me what may be going on
Tinnitus and extreme fatigue is related to less blood circulating into your head. Most probably the aneurysm is the cause. However, we should rule out other issues like anemia (through complete blood count) especially if you are taking blood thinning drugs.
Blood electrolytes should be checked too. Check this out with your caring doctor or neurologist. Meanwhile I advise to:
- rest more
- take plenty of fluids especially water with oral rehydration salts
- monitor your blood pressure and sugar levels and record respective results
- take Betahistin if still feeling dizzy
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini,
General & Family Physician
