What Causes Tinnitus, Dizziness And Palpitations?

For the last few months whenever I stand up I get a loud whooshing in my ears, I get quite dizzy, and my heart feels like it s beating really fast. It takes probably 30 seconds or so for it to subside, although it feels like it takes several minutes. Is this something I should be concerned about or will it correct itself on its own?

seems to be orthostatic hypotension.....further get regular blood pressure checked...and your pulse....provided that you are not taking any other medicine...
