What Causes Tinnitus, Muffled Hearing And Dizziness?
I have been having strange symptoms today. My head starts to hum, my hearing gets muffled, when I talk it sounds like I am talking in a can. I then get dizzy and feel hot. I have never had symptoms like this. I have not been taking any new drugs. I take levothyroxine and omepryzol.

You may be suffering from acute attack of BPPV or hypotension or hypoglycemia etc.
Take rest drink plenty of liquids, avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking. Use tablet Vertin thrice a day for five days.
Check for blood pressure and blood sugar.
If symptoms not improved please consult your physician/ ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
