Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Yes, elevated blood pressure may cause palpitations and pulsatile tinnitus in the ears.

Use antihypertensive medication, check your blood pressure regularly. Use tablet Cognifast twice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist/physician they will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
