What Causes Tinnitus With Double Vision Upon Tilting The Head?

I have constant ringing in my ears and when I tilt my head to the right I have double vision. When in rotate my head to the left/right or up/down, it sounds like a bag of marbles with poping and grinding. This has been going on for about 6-9 months.

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concern.

Tinnitus with double vision upon tilting the head is causing by possible:
- Inner ear issues; check it out with ENT specialist
- Arthritis of the neck vertebral spine: get an X-ray of the neck vertebral spine done.
-Anemia is also to rule out through complete blood count.

Only after analyzing the results of these tests, we can determine the right diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Cinnarizine to start meanwhile together with fish oil supplementation until final diagnosis.
