Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. There are many possibilities for black spots during menstruation that include infection, pregnancy or abortion and other possible causes.
For this you need to consult your gynecologist especially if you are developing the following:
1- Profuse discharge.
2- Fever.
3- Abdominal and back pain.
4- The discharge lasts more than a few days.
5- Itching or burning in the vaginal area.
I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Take care.
