General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The tinny brown spots on your arms and legs can not be due to anemia. Anemia causes paleness and not increased pigmentation.

The spots can be due to a fungal infection or they can be normal spots with aging. A good visit with your doctor will determine which of these is the cause and if treatment is needed.

I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.

Regards,
