What Causes Tiny Dots And Holes On Face After Laser Treatment?

Hello dr, Recently i ve gone through 4 session of co2 fractional laser on my full face for few pimple marks.instead of getting clear skin after the treatment,my skin become more oily and got lots of pimple also end up with large pores and tiny dots and hole all over my face.i am worried about these tiny dots and hole.does it repair when time pass by?
