Hi, I ve got these little tiny holes on the lines of my palms and in it, there s like little white skin in it which I can easily remove especially when palm is wet. But these holes do not hurt and there s the particular one that doesn t necessarily look like a whole, but feels like there s something in it, kinda like a pimple in the palm or something and also on the line and hurts when I squeeze my palm as it is on the top right hand side of my palm and I can t seem to be able to get what ever is In there out! Please what must be done
