What Causes Tiny Orange Bugs In Scalp After Being Exposed To Flea Infestation?

Fighting a flea infestation for a month after dog sitting. The exterminator sprayed ten days ago and I haven t seen a flea since but my scalp still itches like crazy. Upon further inspection I ve found my hair is infested with tiny orange bugs. After itching I find little black specks under my nails too. Are they bedbugs? Were they brought in with the fleas? Sos
