What Causes Tiny Patch Of Redness On The Head Of Penis?
Hello? *Edit* Sorry I didn t realize that this wasn t a chat thing. So I have this tiny patch of redness on the head of my penis. When I pull the foreskin back it reveals little white bumps (almost like pimples) on the inside leading to the head of my penis. The red patch and the pimples are only visible when I pull the foreskin back. I have had unprotected sex but have been tested and I have been clean. Do you think that I have contracted one? Or do you think this is something else? Please let me know as soon as possible.

I really appreciate your concern, such skin lesion of penis could be due to infection on tentative basis this can be managed with local application of "Povidone Iodine" cream, if this fails to responds then you need to get done the clinical examination and may need some investigation too, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
