What Causes Tiny Pimples On Face, Neck, Chest And Shoulders?

I am an 21 year old female . i have several small pimples on my face, neck chest and shoulder . they are not red or painful like usual pimples. They remain till i squeeze them out . and when i squeeze them a white coloured bead like thing somes out and they leave marks and tiny holes. as per my doctor prescribtion i am using apgel ointment still nochange. plse help me

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from acne only and the small bums that releases white coloured bead like thing seems to be pus filled pustules..
I would suggest you to start washing your face and other affected areas with salicylic acid containing face/bodywash..
You can apply Benzoyl peroxide and Clindamycin containing gels..
You can also continue applying Apgel that is Adapelene containing gel and is a retinoid..
You can also exfoliate you skin twice a week with a gentle body and face scrub..
Avoid oily food and excess sun exposure..
In case of no improvement consult a Dermatologist and he can advise you to take oral medications like Clindamycin, Minocycline and retinoids like Isotretinoin..
