Scratchin or not within a few days of the red patch tiny bumps start to for and become even more, itchy. They seem to so real when I scratch and seem to itch most when I am outside or in a hot bath.could it just be heat rash or is it,some, sort of,reaction?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As it is happening over two areas, it appears as contact dermatitis due to the undergarments to me or it could be due heat also. I advise you to avoid wearing undergarments if possible for as much time as possible. Also, wear cotton undergarments when required which are airy and allow the skin to breathe. You could apply a local steroid ointment like Betnovate for 2 to 3 days to get rid of them.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
