I have had very tiny red dots on my skin for years, but very recently they have turned brown, like overnight. I have been to the doctor recently for treatment of strep which resulted into a drug allergy of amoxicillin. Then I had a Zpac. Which did not work and resulted in a strep rash. I am now on bacterium and predenasone sorry about the spelling. I had swellomg of my lymph nodes in my underarms and groin area. My family doctor ran many tests. She did a mono screen and that was negative and a bunch of other tests. You can see/feel that my spleen is enlarged but the ultrasound said it was normal.
Tiny red dots for many years may be cherry angiomas. The condition is benign and harmless. There is no need to take treatment unless you get itching or pain in the lesions.
