Hi..
Can understand your concern..
As per your complain and explanation of the location of the bumps it seems that the bumps are not due to any pathology but are elevated small Sebaceous glands known as FORDYCE'S SPOTS OR FORDYCE'S GRANULES.
They appear as small elevated bumps on the cheek mainly located extending from corner of the mouth.Although you have noticed it now it could have been there from long back..
They are harmless and removal is not needed.
Other reasons for white bumps on the cheeks can be due to viral(
herpes), bacterial infection or any
allergy..
But as it is not causing any symptoms it is more probably Fordyce's Spots.
You need not to do anything for it and only if you have any aggravation of symptoms like pain, increase in size,
redness etc you can
consult a dentist or a physician..
Hope this information helps..
