What Causes Tiny White Patches On The Skin After Warts Removal?
Good day doctors, I had my warts removed on the face by Electrocautery for about 12 days ago. On the fifth day from warts removal, I scrubbed my face with sponge to remove scabs then tiny white shiny patches showed under my scabs. Until now there are some visible tiny white shiny patches on my face. I want to know if these white patches will heal or will it become scars? what should I apply on it? thank you.

If the area is in level with the surrounding skin, chance of scar is low. The discolouration might take a couple of weeks - months to fully disappear - need not worry.
