Hello!
I read very carefully your problem.
Seems that the reason why you are feeling tired lately is you are anemic.
Since you are a 23 years old boy your normal range for hemoglobin is 14-16 mg/dl.
So your hemoglobin level of 10.5 mg/dl is low and you have anemia.
Tiredness , fatigue easily, pale skin, develop palpitations (feeling of heart racing), hair loss , malaise (general sense of feeling unwell) are common symptoms of anemia.

Some of the most common causes of anemia include:
-Iron deficiency is a very common cause of anemia. This is because iron is major component of hemoglobin and essential for its proper function.
-Vitamin B12 and Folic acid deficiency may cause pernicious anemia.
-Hereditary disorders which can shorten the life span of the red blood cell and lead to anemia (for example, sickle cell anemia). Hereditary disorders can also cause anemia by impairing the production of hemoglobin (for example, alpha thalassemia and beta thalassemia).

I suggest to consult a physician because is important to sort out the right cause of anemia.A careful physical examination, medical history and some other tests are needed for diagnosis.
The treatment depends on the right cause of anemia.

Hope my answer has helped.
Take care.
