What Causes Tiredness After Hysterectomy?

I am a 57 year old female. Overcame cancer of the uterus and ovaries, in 2014. and had a full hysterectomy. I currently experiencing, continuous extreme tiredness. All blood work has recently checked out fine. And I use a hormonal patch. I have a good regimen of vitamins, which includes iron and b12 injections. I also have fibromyalgia, and currently being treated for it. Please, help me with my continuous, excessive, lethargic tiredness. Irene
