What Causes Tiredness Along With Rise In Pulse Rate And Body Tremors?

It is a very hot day but I have been indoors most of the time. I had felt tired today after a lengthy boat trip yesterday and this evening suddenly felt sweaty with slightly shaky hands and my pulse seemed elevated - even though I was in air conditioning This lasted for no more than five to ten minutes. I immediately ate some nuts and yoghurt and lay down. The symptoms passed quickly and there are no pains anywhere. An hour later I feel OK and want to get in a good nights sleep - my wife wants me to go to hospital for a check up. I do not believe I am suffering a heart attack or am in danger. Should I go to bed or do as my wife says and go to hospital for a check up?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to hypoglycemia, dehydration, over exertion, take care for all of these things, still the symptoms does not improved then you need to get done clinical examination and may need EKG and other test too, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
