What Causes Tiredness And A Feeling Of Nausea?

Hello there, I am a 73 yr. old female, always been active up until the last year, recently in the past few months I have been very tired and having sudden feelings of nausa just out of the blue, lasting for a few minutes and cannot understand why, have a 6 mo. ck/up with my Dr. in Dec, It is very aggreviating and mystifies me as to why. Any thoughts????????

Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like excessive caffeine use , poor eating habits , taking medications , stress , liver failure , cancer , kidney disease and hyperthyroidism . I would suggest you to drink plenty of water , ear lots of fruits and fresh vegetables and avoid caffeine product . Consult general practitioner for proper examination . Doctor may order blood test , kidney and liver function test and treatit accordingly .
