I have being feeling very tired for a long time now and have a lot of aches and pains, more recently have been told by my gp that I have blood In urine which I now have had my two yearly smear test done. I have not had a period for two years. When I say I have no energy and ache I really mean this. It is making me feel very down.. I love walking but have no energy to do this and when I do I am exhausted which for someone who has always been active and did a couple of marathons and half marathons. I even find walking up the stairs hard as I feel so heavy and not in that way whereas I used to run up it and could take two steps at a time. What do you think. I am turning 53 this year.
