What Causes Tiredness And Heart Palpitations While Having Borderline TSH?

I have recently been diagnosed with a large benign thyroid nodule. I was told no course of action is needed for now, just a biopsy every 6 months as there is a family history of thyroid cancer. I have been feeling tired as of late, and also get heart palpatations sometimes. My T3 and T4 are normal, and my TSH is borderline @ 0.30. Can the 0.30 level of TSH be causing me to feel tired, even though it is in the normal range?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Get free levels of T3, T4 and TSH checked, these are more clear than usual thyroid level! For anxiety and palpitations once with physical checkup done, Propranolol can be started. Its dose should only be managed by doctor after free levels!

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
