what are the differences between spitting up green flem or a dark brown flem? also,if your neck shoulder and arm hurt all the time, what could that be. My muscle hurts in the top part of my arm and sometimes my hand gets a tingling numb feeling. The right side of my neck shoulder and arm has needle prick feelings and it feels tired all the time like I've just exercised for hours and it feels like "jello"
