What Causes Tiredness, Dizziness And Blurred Vision?

Hello, I have been feeling dizzy, blurry vision, feeling my heart beat in my throat, feeling tired and sleepy through out the day. I feel the heartbeat in my throat more when I am sitting or lying down and trying to sleep. My right eye lid has been swelling up too. I have been feeling my heart beat in my neck for 5 months but this past week it got worse. My doctor sent me for a thyroid ultrasound but it was okay, doctor said my gloitor or thyroid is a little big but not a problem.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms being described here may not be suggestive of any endocrine dysfunction but if some one want to rule out the possibility of endocrine disease on routine basis then it can be done but it may not be the thyroid disease but more it seems to be nonspecific symptoms hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
