For the past few days I ve just felt really tired but have had trouble sleeping even though I feel exhausted. I feel sick after eating and I ache. Today it s gotten worse and I feel weak and dizzy in addition to the aches and nausea, I m having trouble thinking and just don t feel right ... any ideas?

Lifestyle alterations that might help reduce migraines chances include: - Getting enough sleep - Reducing stress - Drinking plenty of water - Avoiding certain foods - Regular physical exercise I also suggest that medicine below for management of migraine: - Naproxen - Ibuprofen - Acetaminophen
