Hello,
I too think it might be bacterial sinusitis, however x-ray of the sinuses is needed this time for diagnosis. Furthermore, x-ray of your lungs and a good physical examination would be of help.
For increased salivation, I suspect of possible
acid reflux or gastritis. Should run
upper endoscopy to rule it out and treat it adequately. For the moment, take antacids distant from any medication you are currently taking.
Chronic use of inhalers would alter
oral mucosa causing
oral thrush. Apply miconazole gel orally plus regular use of glycerin of borax orally.
General tiredness is linked to primary diagnosis of your heart; medications you take after surgery plus blood
electrolyte imbalance. Should run blood electrolytes to rule it out and treat adequately.
Loose stool could be related to antibiotic use; start taking probiotics. Oral miconazole gel can help. Take plenty of fluids especially water with oral rehydration salts. Discuss this with your caring doctor.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
