Hello, Most probably the white dots might be kidney stones. However, we should rule out kidney sclerosis. So, better book an appointment with nephrologist to check the functioning and morphology of the kidneys. Do not get anxious unnecessarily. To me, you should focus more on conducting a healthy diet with less salty, processed, sugary and frizzy foods and drinks. Plus, you should increase more liquid intake including fresh prepared fruit juice like plum/peach/apple juice with no added sugar. As you might have been prescribed so many antibiotics, I advise to discuss with your caring doctor to consider intestinal candida overgrowth and treat it adequately. Take care.
