What Causes Tiredness Inspite Of Taking Healthy Diet?

Hello I have a question I have noticed a change in my energy. I started to eat healthier, pretty much quite smoking and cut out sugars and better sleeping habbits. However my energy levels have changed, I find myself tired a lot while I am working (although I m drinking a lot of water, gatoraid, or vitamin water) but not really hungry and when I get home I eat a full balanced meal I am taking vitamins in the morning now and yet not sure what is wrong and why I have all this energy when I am home after a long day at work, can you tell what is going on with me

Hi,Thanks for using HCM.
If you would have mentioned your age and sex it would have been easier to answer, Any way, get yourself investigated for low level of energy.
Investigation like, Complete blood count,ESR,blood sugar fasting and postprandial, thyroid function test and urine routine and microscopy.
If you are 35 plus also get your cardiac profile done.
If every thing is all right then see a dietitian as professional consultation is always better.
Good Luck.
