What Causes Tiredness, Loss Of Appetite And Dizziness Upon Standing?

Hi, I am trying to figure out if I should see a doctor about this, I am a bit concerned. I have been a lot more tired than usual, whether I get ten or two hours of sleep, I haven t been hungry for the last few weeks and have to remind myself to eat, and I get dizzy/lightheaded when I stand up after sitting for more than a few minutes(This is what I am mostly worried about). Any thoughts?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that you may have orthostatic hypotension. This is a decrease of blood pressure on standing.

It is a possible cause of your dizziness when moving from a sitting to standing position.
Your doctor can determine if this is the case by checking your blood pressure and pulse on sitting and standing.

Complete blood count and thyroid tests may also be needed.
Anemia and hypothyroidism (low thyroid hormone levels ) can cause fatigue

I hope this helps
