What Causes Tiredness, Mild Fever With Pain And Lumps In Armpit?
For several months I have had pain un my left armpit and lumps. Doctor said they are not angry and to change the deodorant but the pain is getting worse. Just about every evening I feel very tired and run a low fever. Some days I don't even want to get out of bed. Should I be worried? I do have Crohns.

symptoms mentioned by you are suggestive of two thing s either acute non specific lymphadenitis or axillary abcess , since ur having fever and bodyache and tiredness its more towards acute lymphadenitis, for treatment i will suggest to take antibiotic like augmentin 625mg tds along with anti inflammatory like diclofenac/paracetamole combination.
if it doesnt resolve within 3-5 days, visit a gen. surgeon at the earliest.
