What Causes Tiredness, Pain In The Back Of Head And Trembling?
I was standing at my sink washing something. I was tired as it had been a very stressful morning. My whole back of my head was hurting really bad. Then I started to tremble and could not move. Wanted to sit down but could not move. It seemed like forever but was probably less than 2 minutes. I then wss able to walk into my bedroom. Laid down and slept for a couple hours. Woke up and felt fine. Im 69 and.it had never happened before. Should I be worried?
Fatigue related to aging, sudden changes in blood sugar or blood pressure, inner ear problems can lead to trembling, dizziness or headache. Nutritional deficiencies should also be treated. Kindly check your blood sugar and blood pressure. Multivitamins can be taken regularly once a day to reduce any fatigue.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
