What Causes Tiredness, Sleeplessness And Abdominal Pain?
I been feeling lately tired ,sleepless I haD MY PERIOD ONLY FOR 3 DAYS...KIND OF WEIRD..and now I been having my breast bigger and heavy and my nipples with a hurt sensation....I been feeling in the up abdominal pain when I laid facing down in my bed....im feeling irriatated sometimes with stuff....I don t know whats going on with me I been feeling so depressed that I don t feel like going outside or do since june 25 2016 and now is august 17 2016.
Being sleepless and tired may be due to depression, especially not feeling like going out. Periods being only 3 days is not a major concern and the changes in your nipples either.
I would advise you to talk to your doctor to determine if depression is the cause of your symptoms and in this case to have the proper treatment. Generally, antidepressants combined with psychotherapy are quite effective in treating depression.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician
