What Causes Tiredness When On Computers For Long Hours?

I have eyesight of +4.0 left eye and +1.25 right eye. Due to this I am very uncomfortable. I am a software engineer always in front of computer by profession. Recently I am unable to spend much time before computer. By evening my energy gets discharged and feel like dehydration. I feel very sick and feel like my nerves are squeezing and dried up. More I work in front of computer it is common. Please advise what could be the problem

your job profile makes you stick to computer. that will make you lazy. you have to start regular exercise in the morning along with yoga. this will boost up your energy level. health of yours is maintains by this. try this and you will find the improvement. in initial day after you start the exercise you feel more tiredness. but believe me more you do regularly more benefits you will get after a month period. so make it daily habit it will improve your health.
