I can understand your concern and would try to help you in the best possible way. Lack of energy and motivation may be due to a number of conditions including depression,
hypothyroidism, anemia, vitamin deficiencies chronic diseases like diabetes or
hypertension or any other cause.
I suggest you get yourself checked up. You may need to answer a few more questions regarding the nature of your complaints. You may also require a physical examination and some tests like a
complete blood count with peripheral smear, thyroid profile, fasting sugar, fasting
lipid profile and other tests depending on the diagnosis.
Once a diagnosis is made then a comprehensive management plan be made for you which may include dietary advices, medications,
physical therapy, yoga and other relaxation exercises.

In the mean while you may take high fibre diet and include fruits and green leafy vegetables in your diet and begin a regular physical activity program to keep yourself fit.
