What Causes Tiredness With Sweating And Giddiness?
i am 29 yrs, wt 53 kgs. im diabetic patient and taking glimisave m2 since 3 -4 months after my delivery. from 1 week im too tired between afternoon times, i feel my hands, legs have no strength, sweating and some what giddiness. please tell me what can i do

i am very sorry about your condition.
in my opinion your symptoms look like you might be suffering from episodes of hypoglycemia
i suggest you to monitor blood sugar during episodes of dizziness.
This can be done at home by using a small devise called Glucometer.
prepare a chart with time and your blood sugar values.
This chart will help your treating doc to change your dose accordingly
