Understanding your concern. As per your query tissue under tongue turning white which is mainly because of fungal infection of tongue known as ORAL THRUSH OR CANDIASIS caused by Candida albicans fungus leading to a coating on tongue. Need not to panic about it. Maintain proper oral hygiene. Take antifungal suspension solutions. Gargle with Nystatin mouthwash. Take diet rich in probiotics like Yoghurt and Garlic. Do warm saline gargles. Avoid spicy food. Take a multivitamin daily for 15 days. Do brushing and flossing on daily basis. Use tongue scrapper very gently to prevent debris accumulation.
