What Causes To Wake Up With Extreme Hunger, Night Sweat, Cold, Nausea?

I have noticed that sometimes I wake up feeling really hungry to the point that I think I'm going to throw up, also very nauseous, so it's very difficult to find something that pleases my stomach... Also, sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night sweating, but still felling pretty cold, even more because of the sweat. And light headed... It's not often, but it happens to me a lot. I don't take any medicines besides birth control pills, and I actually have a considerable good diet. I'm 21 years old and never had any problems related to this.
