What Causes Tonsil Stones?
I was sitting in a room with my daughter, and I felt something coming up my throat. A small almost rubbery, clearish pinkish ball came up from my throat. It s small, and reminds me of a piece of grapefruit pulp with the way it looks. I see a doctor on Monday for a followup to another problem, should I mention this? I just didn t know if this was normal or not

It can be a sequel of tonsillitis. Small stones can be ignored and no treatment is required.
Consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated. If you have repeated attacks of tonsillitis, surgical removal of the tonsil may be required.
