Although you can feel a little soreness of ear and tonsillar region after the wisdom tooth extraction specially if the extraction is traumatic or surgical extraction is done. But it mostly happens in the initial days , can say just after few hours to a next three four days after extraction. But if it developed after 4 days it may be due to the common throat infection which also leads to tonsillitis and soreness of ear. Mostly tonsillitis does not happen after wisdom tooth removal but transfer of some bacteria into throat while cleaning of a deeply infected third molar can have a very lesser chance of tonsillar infection but it is really not a regular finding..
